Returns & Refunds

Pre-orders
Pre-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You may cancel
your pre-order at any time before the dispatch date (October 2026) for
a full refund. To cancel, contact emre@idealtailoring.com.

Standard Returns
Items purchased on serpentinstudio.ch may be returned for a full refund
within 10 days of receipt, provided they are:
· In new, unworn, and unused condition
· In original packaging, resealed to the same standard
· Accompanied by the original proof of purchase

How to Return
Contact emre@idealtailoring.com within 10 days of receiving your order
to initiate a return. Do not send items without prior written
confirmation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer. We recommend an insured, tracked carrier. Serpentin Studio
cannot be held liable for returns that fail to arrive.

Refunds
Approved returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Returnable Items
· Items returned after the 10-day window
· Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
· Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
· Personalised or custom-engraved items

Defective Items
Contact emre@idealtailoring.com within 14 days of receipt with a
description and photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full
refund, and cover return shipping costs.

Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Swiss law
(OR Art. 197 ff. and Art. 40a ff.).
